Problem:

Unable to connect to RISD-WiFi from my device


Scenario:

Typically occurs after a password change because devices do not automatically update the wifi settings.


Troubleshooting Steps:

Remove the RISD-WiFi network from all your wireless devices.

Reconnect all your wireless devices to the RISD WiFi using your new credentials.

Try deleting the clearpass.risd.edu certificate from your Keychain Access:
