Students, Faculty, Staff and CE Instructors will sign in to Adobe (www.adobe.com) under a Company or School account. They will be redirected to a RISD sign in page where they will use their RISD account username and password to authenticate. A company or school account allows students, faculty, staff and CE instructors to install and use the Adobe CC applications.

***Attention International students - be sure to select US as the country code when setting up your Adobe ID subscription through RISD. Otherwise, you will not have access to all the Adobe programs/products

How to sign in to Adobe Creative Cloud 

Note: if you have any open Adobe sessions including your browser and Adobe CC desktop sessions, please sign out.

1. Launch Adobe desktop or visit adobe.com.
   
   

2. Enter your RISD email address and click Continue.
   
   

3. When prompted with personal or school account, select Company or School Account
   
   
   
   

4. You should be directed to the RISD Authentication page where you will sign in with your RISD credentials (username & password). 

Having issues with your Adobe Creative Cloud?
