Unable to reset password for RISD Rides
Problem: You are not able to reset your password in RISD Rides system. You receive the error: "Email is not verified"
Explanation: This happens when you did not verify your email when you received the "TranslocVerification email" when you first set up the account. If you did not verify it, when you try to reset and enter the email to send the reset password, the Translocsystem gives you an error.
Solution:
1. Find the "TranslocVerification email" email and verify the email address. You may try a password reset again.

2. If you cannot find this email, you would want to reach out to the Transloc vendor directly to reset your password at support@Transloc.com
