There are two ways to access Panopto:

• Students and Faculty:  may access Panopto through their Canvas course.
  1. Visit canvas.risd.edu.
  2. You will be brought to the Canvas Hub to choose your authentication.
     Select Faculty & Staff OR Undergrad / Grad Students option.
     
     
     
     
  3. You will be brought to the Canvas Dashboard.
  4. Find your course in your Canvas Dashboard.
  5. Click the Panopto Video link in the left course navigation menu.
     
     
  6. You will be brought to the Panopto folder for the course.

• Staff and Faculty: may access Panopto directly through Panopto
  1. Go to risd.hosted.panopto.com.
     You'll be brought to the Canvas Hub to choose your authentication.
  2. Select the Faculty & Staff option.
     
     
     
     
  3. Enter your RISD username and password.
     
     
     
     ** You may be prompted to Authorize access for Panopto to connect to your account.
     Select the check box to Remember my authorization for this service and click Authorize.
     
     
     

  4. You will be brought into the Panopto home page.
