Sharing Google Calendars

Users can share a calendar with another user, the entire RISD Domain or outside of the RISD Domain. Users can share full access and managing capability or limited access; allowing users to see only free/busy.

Domain Settings:

Sharing within risd.edu is set to see free/busy. Users will have the ability to override this setting and allow others to see more information and manage events.
Sharing outside of risd.edu is set to see free/busy only. Users will have the ability to override this setting but cannot allow managing of events.
