Unable to print using risdPrints on Windows

Explanation: The popup print queue window is not running and not allowing user to input any information.


Solution: Uninstall and reinstall the pop-up print queue installer.

  1. Uninstall
    Follow the instructions to repair or uninstall a program in Windows.
    Search the Apps for "Pharos" to uninstall the pop-up print queue installer. After you click Uninstall, allow the app to run and the Pharos window will appear. Click "Run Uninstaller" and follow the prompts to uninstall the app. 
  2. Install
    Install the printer from the list of pop up print queues.
