Procurement Services
Procurement Services team is now live with Fresh Desk, a help desk support software that will track the status, timing, and resolution of all email inquiries sent to the Accounts Payable and Procurement teams. The system provides visibility into the overall customer service resolution process, improves the quality of our services by ensuring all requests are properly tracked and resolved, and helps us understand how to best use our resources to improve the end user experience.
Email requests sent to the our support email addresses (accpay@risd.edu; epro@risd.edu; and suppliersupport@risd.edu) are being acknowledged and tracked until successfully completed.
