Can I change my profile image in Workday?

The profile image will only display the official ID card photo. 


A user may not upload their own photo. 


Please contact the Campus Card ID Services (401-454-6664) if you need an updated photo.


If your photo is missing please contact the IT Service Desk (401-454-6106) or create a ticket in our Freshservice portal to troubleshoot the issue.
