How Do I Enroll in RISD's password self-service?
Enroll in RISD's password self-service. Once enrolled, you can reset your own password using the forgot your password link.
To enroll, you must have a working or system-generated password.
Via Computer
- Open a web browser and visit password.risd.edu
- Select the "Change Password / Enroll" option and log in with your RISD username only (do not add @risd.edu) and password
- Complete the 2-Factor authentication (email)
- Click on the Enrollment tab
- Follow the steps below to set up SMS or DUO authentication
Via Mobile Device
- Open a browser and visit password.risd.edu
- Select "Change Password" and sign in with your RISD username only (do not add @risd.edu) and password
- Tap the green login button on the upper right of your screen
- Complete the 2-Factor authentication (email)
- Click on the person icon (upper left) and select Enrollment
- Follow the steps below to set up SMS or DUO authentication
