How Do I Enroll in RISD's password self-service?

Enroll to use RISD's password self-service. Once enrolled, you can reset your password if it is forgotten or expired.

To enroll, you'll need to have a working password.

Via Computer

Open a web browser and visit password.risd.edu
Select the "Change Password / Enroll" option and log in with your RISD username only (do not add @risd.edu)
Enter your password and complete the 2 Factor Authentication
Click on the Enrollment tab

Via Mobile Device

Open a browser and visit password.risd.edu
Tap the green login button on the bottom and enter your RISD username only (do not add @risd.edu)
Enter your password and complete the 2 Factor Authentication
Click on the person icon (upper left) and select Enrollment

Enter information under your preferred method below. You can use one, two, or all of the alternate methods.
