Ink Toner Resupply

If you would like to request a toner resupply, please call the CBS telephone number seen on the white CBS asset ID tag / sticker that's attached to the Multi-Function Printer (MFP).

You will need to give CBS Supplies the asset ID seen on the white CBS asset ID sticker.

Be certain to tell the CBS rep that you are now the contact person for all orders related to this CBS Asset ID.

Alternatively, you may go to this link to order MFP and / or other printer supplies.

If you do not get an order / shipment within one week, then please call Paul Bento directly (401-454-6144) or via email (pbento@risd.edu) to let him know that your CBS orders have not arrived.

In turn, Paul will reach out to his CBS contacts to see if they can source supplies for him.

Please understand that due to COVID and global supply chain issues there is limited stock of metered toner.
