Canvas

Canvas Course

Canvas course content can be exported from the Settings. View Canvas’ instructions: Export a Canvas course. After the course is exported, the file must be downloaded within 30 days.
Note: Files linked from external tools (Google Drive and Panopto) must be downloaded separately.

Canvas Grades
Canvas course exports do not include backups of student interactions and grades. Grades can be exported separately as a comma-separated values (CSV) file.

Dropbox

Files and folders can be downloaded from Dropbox.

Google

Faculty and staff should not set a forward on your RISD Gmail to another email address. Your RISD account will be disabled on the last day of service and no longer forward emails.

LinkedIn Learning

If you linked your LinkedIn classes to your LinkedIn in profile (recommended), those classes will remain in your LinkedIn profile. You will only lose access to the LinkedIn Learning license to search for and take additional classes.
