Cannot Connect to any RISD Platforms or Websites on Campus
If you are on RISD Wi-Fi or Eduroam and still cannot access any RISD platforms, you may want to try to check your DNS settings on your computer
Mac Ventura or above:
You would want to click on the top-right on the Wi-Fi icon > Wifi settings > click on Details next to RISD wifi > choose the DNS tab.
You would want to make sure that your DNS settings are all clear. If you have any DNS settings that are greyed out, this is fine as well.
Once you have cleared out your DNS settings, please click OK and Apply. Try to connect to any RISD platform once more while on RISD Wi-Fi.

You want to make sure that your DNS settings are all clear. Your DNS settings should only be composed of RISD DNS server (10.1.5.11 and 10.2.5.11). Your search domains should only contain risd.edu as well.
Once you have cleared out your DNS settings, please click OK and Apply. Try to connect to any RISD platform once more while on RISD Wi-Fi.
Windows 11:
Search Wifi settings, select Hardware settings, and change settings for IP and DNS assignments to Automatic (DHCP).

Additionally, verify if a manual proxy server is enabled.
From Windows, type "proxy.
If there is, select edit and turn manual off.
And turn on "automatically detect settings".
