Update My Contact Information in Workday
Update Contact Info
Update your permanent home address, personal email address, and a primary mobile phone number to be used as the RISD!Alert contact for campus emergencies.
RISD always sends emails to your RISD email address.
To Update Your Contact Information

On your Workday homepage in the upper right, click on your photo or the figure icon and click View Profile
On the left menu, click Contact
To update your contact information, click the Edit button
Click the Pencil Icon to make changes in a specific box,

Please set at least a Permanent address and a Primary Mobile Phone Number to be used as your RISD!Alert contact for campus emergencies. (This is not the same as your Emergency Contact)
Important: When entering a phone number to be used as your RISD!Alert contact, be sure to select the Primary checkbox, select Mobile as the Phone Type, and enter phone number that can receive text messages. US phone numbers are preferred but international phone numbers may be entered.

When you are finished editing, click Submit
