View Class Registration & Transcript Holds in Workday

Holds

A hold is placed on your account when RISD is awaiting action from you. Some holds, such as owing a balance, block class registration. Others will block the release of a transcript.

To View Your Holds

Click Menu then Academics

On the main page, the My Holds box shows active holds.

Next to a hold read the description or click the magnifying glass to learn more about the hold and how to resolve it
