View My Academic Progress
Description
View the courses required to graduate, including those you have completed and those you have remaining. The progress report tells you what to complete, not when to take a class.
Update the Academic Progress Report
The Academic Progress report does not update in real time. After you register for a class, it will not appear next to its requirement until you follow the below steps or wait overnight.
From the Menu click Academics
Under Planning & Advising click View My Academic Plan
Click Update Plan
At the bottom of the page and click OK. The Academic Progress report will update.
View Your Academic Progress
From the Menu click Academics
Under Planning & Advising, click View My Academic Progress
In the lower right, you may see Items per Page. If so, use the down arrow to select All.
You will see the requirements for your major, along with the courses you may have used to satisfy them, grades, and credits.
Only courses that have final grades show as Completed.
Requirements partially met and courses not yet graded show as In Progress.
Courses yet to be taken show as Not Satisfied.
To see all outstanding requirements, on the top row click Status then in the Value box select Not Satisfied and In Progress and click Filter.
Identifying Classes Not Counting Toward Your Degree
Classes that do not count toward earning your degree appear as Unused Registrations. These may be courses that you did not pass, or took prior to switching a major.
Important: Classes you register for will appear here until you update your academic progress report by updating your Academic Plan.
To view courses not counting toward your degree, on the Academic Progress page next to Unused Registrations click the number.
