View emergency contact information for a student. 

Note: Student Workers may also have emergency contacts listed in their Student Worker Profile. 

To Locate the Emergency Contact

1. Navigate to a student’s profile by clicking on their name from any roster or report, or by typing their name into the search bar

2. On the menu on the left side of the screen, click Contact

   
   

   

3. Choose the Friends and Family tab

   
   

   

4. In the Relationship Types box, find the contact labeled Emergency Contact

   
   

   
   
   

5. Here you will see the emergency contact’s name, relationship, phone number, email, preferred language and whether or not they are a Third Party Proxy with access to the student’s record
