Set up Payment Elections for Student Refunds in Workday
Overview
The following quick reference guide will cover how to change your payment elections in Workday. Payment elections allow you to identify the bank account(s) to which your student refunds will be electronically deposited.
Process – Submit the Request
Click the Finances icon on your home page.
From the Finances dashboard, under Student Accounts, click “more” to expand the menu. Click Set Up Payment Elections.
If you are a student worker, you may see the payment elections you identified for direct deposit. If you do not have a payment election configured, then the Payment Election area will state “No payment elections specified.”
To add payment election information, use the Add button to enter your payment election information.
On the Payment Election Option screen, enter the following required information*:

Once completed, click OK to submit.
