How do I enroll an additional phone number in DUO to access the Department account?
There are two ways an account owner can enroll an additional phone number for a department or vendor account in Duo:
1. Call the Service Desk to add phone number(s) to department accounts
2. Sign in to the account to enroll the phone number(s)
Note: This process will require a verification code from the device being added
Sign in to the department account in an incognito or private browser window. If you are already signed in, sign out and then back in.
When the Duo authentication window appears, click Settings, then "My Settings & Devices"
Authenticate with your Duo app
Click "Add another device"
Choose "Mobile phone" and click Continue
Enter the desired phone number, check the box to confirm, and click Continue
Click Call Me, then have your colleague answer the phone and give you the 6-digit code
Enter the code and click Verify, then Continue
