New Student Onboarding: Direct Deposit Enrollment in Workday
Students who overpay or receive financial aid that more than covers their bill will be issued a refund. Additionally, students who work on campus may be paid through direct deposit. To set a bank account to receive this money, follow these directions.
These directions are for new students completing onboarding in Workday for the first time through the onboarding task.
Before you begin, you will need your bank's routing and account number, which is typically available in your institution's mobile app or by looking at a check.

- Log in to Workday.
- Click the inbox.
- In All Items, select Direct Deposit Enrollment.
- Click Payment Elections.
- Click Add.
- Select the bank account Account Type and enter the Routing Transit Number, Account Number and Bank Name.
- Click OK.
- Click the inbox.
- On the task, click Done.
