Unable to access a Panopto video in a Canvas course

If you are unable to access a Panopto video shared through Canvas we suggest following the troubleshooting steps below:

Try another web browser. The preferred web browser is Chrome. There are known incompatibility issues between Panopto and Safari.
Verify cookies are enabled in your web browser.
Verify your web browser is up-to-date.
Sign out and sign back in to Canvas.
