A transcript is the record of a student’s classes, grades, GPA and degree. 

Current students may request their unofficial transcript in Workday. This option isn't available to former students or graduates.

Most employers, college admissions offices and scholarships won't accept an unofficial transcript. Instead, request an official transcript.

1. Log in to Workday.
2. Go to Menu > Academics.
3. In the Academic Records box, click General Unofficial Transcript. (You may need to click More to see this option.)
4. Select Confirm and click OK.
5. Your unofficial transcript will generate as a PDF. If you want to find the PDF later, click the bell and look for Document Available and click the PDF link.
