Forgot Password is Looping Back to the Main Page

We received reports from users that the Forgot Password link loops them back to the main page after entering their username, captcha, and continue button.


This is consistent with Safari users.  ITS does not recommend using the Safari browser with the password service.


You may try to clear your cache using the instructions below:

Or use another browser (Firefox or Chrome).
