Alumni requesting access to Adobe Portfolio assets post graduation

RISD's Information Technology Services (ITS) is unable to retrieve Adobe portfolio assets from our Adobe Admin console after a student account is renamed/transitioned to an alumni.risd.edu account.

Beginning in May and through June, ITS sends three communications to soon-to-be-grads about the what actions they must take before their account transitions to alumni (below).  

After an account is renamed, it will immediately lose access to campus licensed software/services, including (but not limited to): Adobe CC, Office 365, Zoom, LinkedIn Learning, Canvas, Panopto, Miro, VoiceThread, etc. Be sure to download and/or back up any content created under each subscription before the account transition/rename date.

Adobe's Support for Education stated alumni should reach out to Adobe's Portfolio Team.

Mention that you need help migrating your School account (SSO) Portfolio site to your personal profile, as your School account (SSO) is no longer accessible.
