How do I set a Call Queue out-of-office (OOO) voice mail greeting
Only Call Queue Admins (responsible for managing the department's call queue) can set OOO greetings.
Sign in to the Zoom web portal (risd.zoom.us)
Scroll down under the Admin section and select Phone System Management and select Call Queue
Search for your call queue name, once found, click on the call queue name
Scroll down under Holiday Hours and click on the manage link
Click on Add holiday
Enter Holiday or OOO name, begin date & time, and end date & time. Note: Zoom uses a 24-hour clock (e.g. 5 pm = 17:00)
Once named, click on the edit link next to Leave Voicemail to Current Extension
Set routing option to Voicemail
Select Add Audio
Text-to-speech may require some phonetic spelling (e.g. instead of RISD, type RIZdee). Use the play option to listen to the greeting.
Click Save. Your audio will be saved, and the greeting will be played during the date & time settings you configured. When the OOO greeting ends, it will return to the default greeting.
