Problem:

Android dropping RISD-WiFi

Solution:

• Verify your phone's software is up-to-date.  
• Verify phone settings are correct.
• Check phone's native (or third-party) security & privacy app to confirm RISD-WiFi/Eduroam is not blocked.
• Try completely forgetting the RISD-WiFi/Eduroam on your phone and reconnecting to it again. This will connect you to the nearest router node wherever you are at RISD.
