Note: These instructions are developed for macOS 10 (Catalina) - macOS 11 (Big Sur)

To allow screen sharing on your Mac computer, you must grant access to the Mac’s “Screen Recording” feature.

1. Click the Apple logo and select System Preferences                                                       
2. Click Security and Privacy                                                  
3. In the left panel, scroll down and select Screen Recording                                               
4. Click the Lock icon (lower left) and enter your Mac password (the password used to sign into your Mac)                                                    
5. In the right panel, select the Zoom app. (When selected, a check mark appears.)                                                
6. Click the Lock icon again to save the changes.                                                    
7. Restart the Zoom app
