About advisors

Academic department heads and select support staff can view a student’s support network, which lists the student’s academic advisor(s).

If you're a student, you can view your advisor by going to Menu > Academics and looking for the Support Network box.

From the Student Profile

Log in to Workday.
Navigate to the student’s profile by clicking on their name on a roster, or by entering their name in the search bar. If you search for a student, you may need to first configure your search to show student results.

Under the student’s photo, click Actions > Student Cohort > View Support Network for Student.

A student may have multiple advisors. Note the relationship to the student in the first (left) column. Disregard any people labeled as cohort collection viewer.
