When should I use delgated access?

Delegated access works well for those individuals that need access to email only.

A delegated user will access the account through their primary account.

This does not require the username and password OR Duo 2FA to access the account.

They may toggle between their email and the department account from the profile drop down list.

Department account owners may view the Set up Mail Delegation article on the ITS Support Portal to add/remove users from the delegated user list.
