How do I access Zoom?
Zoom is configured to authenticate using your RISD account credentials (username & password) through both the Zoom Web Portal (https://risd.zoom.us), the Zoom Desktop Client, and Zoom Cloud Meetings mobile app. See How to Access Zoom via Desktop, Web, and Mobile App.
How do I update my Zoom Software?
Zoom updates their software every two weeks (or less) to fix bugs and to add or update features.
Zoom Meeting Recordings & Panopto
Zoom meeting recordings are automatically transferred to Panopto. Panopto offers unlimited video storage and has been integrated with Zoom for a campus-wide video storage and sharing solution. See our Panopto and Zoom page for more information about managing, editing and sharing your recordings.
