Human Resources (HR), Information Technology (IT), and Finance worked together to simplify how training materials are curated and distributed to newly recruited staff. We have established an online training module in Canvas (RISD's Learning Management system) as a centralized location to provide easy access to all the materials needed for effective onboarding.
While the primary audience for this training is new hires, all employees at RISD may gain value from the course materials.
New hires will have received a task in Workday that directs them to the link below.
